Trillium Health Partners Women’s and Children’s Inpatient Care now at the Credit Valley Hospital
As of October 8, 2025, Trillium Health Partners now provides all inpatient hospital care for women’s health, birthing patients, and children at the Credit Valley Hospital (2200 Eglinton Ave W, Mississauga, ON L5M 2N1). This will continue until construction is complete on the future Shah Family Hospital for Women and Children.
This means all babies will now be born at the Credit Valley Hospital. Please reach out to your primary care provider with any questions regarding your delivery plans.
Renovations at the Credit Valley Hospital have been completed to ensure a smooth experience for patients and families.
Starting August 1, obstetrical/gynecological and paediatric patients who arrive at Trillium Health Partners by Peel Regional Paramedic Services may be taken directly to Credit Valley Hospital when specific criteria are met. All obstetrical/gynecological and inpatient pediatric services are located at Credit Valley Hospital, helping patients get connected to the right care as quickly as possible.
Emergency care is still available at both the Mississauga Hospital and the Credit Valley Hospital. Paramedics will continue to decide which hospital is best based on each patient’s needs.
Select paediatric clinics remain at or adjacent to the Mississauga Hospital, including the Family Care Centre and Sexual Assault and Domestic Violence Services. You can find a
