Fast and easy access to your medical imaging and reports with PocketHealth®
Patients at Trillium Health Partners (THP) can access their diagnostic imaging records online through a secure web portal called PocketHealth®.
PocketHealth® is a secure online storage hub for medical imaging records that is accessible from any computer or mobile device. Patients who complete the online consent form can gain access to their current and historical THP diagnostic images and reports dating back to 2014.

- Once your records are ready to view, you’ll receive an email from PocketHealth with a secure link.
- Click the link to instantly download or share your records.
- View or import images of your health records in full diagnostic quality with no software or account set-up needed.
