There are about 124 active and 224 courtesy physicians affiliated with THP across our 3 sites.
Our weekly rounds and business meetings are attended by both affiliated and non-affiliated community physicians at any of our 3 sites or by web broadcasting.
The primary care steering committee is a group of affiliated FPs and NPs who meet monthly to support the following objectives :
- Improve primary Care Awareness in THP
- Support Primary Care providers providing in-patient services
- Inform and support regional primary care reform in alignment with Trillium Health Partners strategic plan
- Supports Primary Care medical education in the hospital and community
- Optimize clinical operations and practice
