At  your first appointment, we will provide you with a contact number for your  primary nurse. If you are not sure which numbers to use, please ask your nurse  or cancer doctor which team they belong to.
   Use  the numbers below to call the Cancer Centres within their clinic hours from  Monday to Friday.

What is REACT?
      REACT stands for 
      Rapid Evaluation  & Assessment of Cancer Treatment. It is a telephone service to  help you with symptoms related to your cancer treatment. 
      REACT  can help you if:
- You are getting systemic therapy  (including chemotherapy)
- You need help with symptoms because  of your treatment during the day
      What  happens when I call REACT?
 A nurse  from our Cancer Centre will call you back to help you with your symptoms. The  nurse may ask you to come to the Cancer Centre to be seen by a nurse or doctor.
REACT is not a walk-in clinic. Always call REACT so that a nurse can find the best and safest way to help you.
What is CAREchart@home?
CAREchart@home is a telephone service to help you with symptoms related to your cancer treatment.
      Only use CAREchart@home in the evening, and on weekends or holidays. Please do not use this telephone line during regular clinic hours.
