The Hip and Knee Rapid Access Clinic (RAC) is a program offered by the Trillium Health Partners Insight Health Solutions Team to provide access to high-quality, integrated musculoskeletal (MSK) care for joint pain relating to hip and knee osteoarthritis.
This program is for all patients 18 years of age and over with moderate to severe hip or knee osteoarthritis who may be considering hip or knee replacement surgery and/or would like to know how to manage their condition.
Patients must be referred to the Rapid Access Clinic by their primary care provider, e.g. family Doctor or Nurse Practitioner:
