INFORMATION FOR VACCINE BOOKING
Third Dose COVID-19 Vaccinations at Credit Valley Hospital's Valley House:
THP is only administering third doses of the COVID-19 vaccine to individuals who are 18 years and older (must be 18 on the day of vaccination) AND received their second dose at least three months (84 days) ago.
Book an appointment here. THP is not accepting walk-ins.
Individuals 5-17 years of age can book an appointment by visiting Ontario’s vaccine booking system.
